Hitachi Automotive Systems has signed a partnership contract with Japan Race Promotion, which hosts the Japanese Super Formula Championship.
As a promotion partner, in all the races the Hitachi logo is found on a total of 19 super formula cars of 11 teams competing in the race.

Japanese SUPER FORMULA Championship Series

Officially recognized by the Japan Automobile Federation (JAF), the Japanese Super Formula Championship Series was launched in 1996 by Japan Race Promotion.
This is Japan’s most foremost competition for single-seat, open-wheel racing.
It was originally launched as Formula Nippon, then the name was changed to Super Formula in 2013.
A total of seven domestic circuit races are scheduled to be held this season.
